Your trust and confidence in our commitment, service and instruments is vital to us. Here is some information to let you know that we are doing our part to ensure proper handling and processes during this pandemic.

We are committed to implementing all necessary procedures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and our employees.

We are conducting no contact, curbside, drop-off/pick-up appointments at our Bedford, MA location. Our office staff is here full time to help you plan your appointment with us.

Employees are required to wear masks and gloves during every curbside transaction and masks are also required when they move around inside our store.

Repairs

If your instrument requires repair, please call our office to set-up an appointment to meet with one of our technicians or you may drop it off at our store.

Covid 19 and Instrument Cleaning

To ensure handling and cleaning of our instruments, we have implemented the guidelines set forth by the NFHS, NAfME and the NAMM Foundation.

After being serviced by our highly qualified technicians, all of our previously rented instruments, along with their cases, will be cleaned and disinfected. A signed and dated slip will be placed inside each case, before being returned to stock, stating when these processes were completed.
