As a valued customer, it is important to us that you know the benefits of continuing your rental contract over the summer months. There is a financial benefit. Maintaining your rental contract means growing your investment. The credit you have accrued through the year will continue to grow toward ownership of your instrument. If you terminate your rental for the Summer, all credit earned will be forfeited at the closing of your contract.

Returning to change instruments?

You will need to enter a new contract for the instrument you are changing to and return the current instrument you have. Contract credit from the instrument being returned cannot be transferred to the new instrument. See "Returning Your Instrument" below for instructions on how to do this. You can enter your new contract here; Start your New Rental

How to Return Your Instrument

*REQUIRED* Prior to returning your instrument, all used reeds, bell covers, face masks and personal belongings must be removed from the case

There are two (2) options for returning your instrument;

1.) Bring it in: You may bring your instrument to our store during normal business hours, no appointment required. When you arrive, we will verify the serial number and check to make sure all accessories are included; example: mouthpiece, cap, ligature, strap, shoulder rest, etc. Failure to include these items may result in a replacement charge. (Valve oil, slide cream, cork grease, are considered consumable items and there is no penalty if these are not included)

2.) Schedule a Pick-Up: We will schedule a day to come to your child's school to pick-up the instrument being returned. Call our office or email us and we will advise you which day we will be coming. Once you have scheduled your return pick-up, your child must leave their instrument in the Main Office of their school prior to the pick-up date.

Make sure all accessories are included; example: mouthpiece, cap, ligature, strap, shoulder rest, etc. Failure to include these items may result in a replacement charge. (Valve oil, slide cream, cork grease, are considered consumable items and there is no penalty if these are not included)

*IMPORTANT* If the instrument is not there when our driver arrives for the scheduled pick-up it becomes your responsibility to bring the instrument to our store to close your contract. We will not schedule a second attempt unless we receive notification from you before 9:00 am on the date of the pick-up that the instrument will not be there. There can be no exceptions to this rule.
